Context
AsterX-Québecor pairs UX evaluators with Quebec startups. I was matched with Correctia, [what the product does and for whom], to assess its experience and recommend improvements.
My role
I led a 50-hour expert evaluation of the product, from scoping with the founders to the final recommendations.
The challenge
Giving a young startup recommendations it can actually act on: prioritized, concrete and realistic for a small team.
What I did
Scoping. Defined the evaluation scope with the startup team at the kickoff.
Heuristic evaluation. Assessed [the key flows] using Amélie Boucher's criteria, rating each issue by severity.
Recommendations. [In progress] A prioritized report with concrete improvements.
Results
In progress. Final presentation to the startup in October 2026.
What I learned
